I confess to being new to both blogging and genetic genealogy. I've been working on my family's genealogy for many years now and just recently got turned on to the world of genetic genealogy and now I'm hooked.
As I began my journey doing genetic genealogy I was completely lost and didn't know where to start. I couldn't help but notice that others who were just starting their own journey with it were just as lost as I was and we were all asking the same questions over and over again. I thought wouldn't it be wonderful if there was someplace to go where we could get step by step instructions on how to begin. That is where the idea for this blog got its start.
As I further my adventures with genetic genealogy I hope to bring you along on my journey and hopefully entice you to give it a try yourself. It really is a fascinating hobby and one that you can share with your entire family and pass down from generation to generation.
